Requirements: absorbent for a few drops of essential oil, double - layered to avoid leaking, soft, breathable, baby - safe, with GOTS or OEKO - TEX? certification, around 150–180 GSM, cut into a small heart shape (8 cm) if possible, washable with no shrinkage. Ask about MOQ and price for small orders or samples. Need 2 m2 total flannel asap and send it to a manufacturer in China.
