Inquiry about Cotton Seed Cleaning, Sorting, and Packaging Line

We are looking for a complete cotton seed processing line including the following equipment:

Roller Gin (4 pcs) – For long staple cotton, with a productivity of at least 100 kg/hour.

Separator (3 pcs) – For cotton-air separation in a pipe, with a productivity of at least 1500 kg/hour.

Cotton Raw Material Cleaner (1 pc) – For cleaning cotton from small and large impurities.

Productivity: ≥150 kg/hour

Installed Power: ≥16.5 kW

Dimensions: Width ≥ 900 mm, Height ≥ 1200 mm, Length ≥ 3500 mm

Dryer (1 pc) – For drying cotton, with a productivity of at least 1500 kg/hour.

Linter (1 pc) – For removal of primary lint from seeds, with a productivity of at least 600 kg/hour.

Auger (1 pc) – For seed transfer, with a productivity of at least 600 kg/hour.

Dehuller (1 pc) – For seed dehulling, with a productivity of at least 600 kg/hour.

Seed Sorter (1 pc) – For sorting seeds, with a productivity of at least 600 kg/hour.

Seed Treatment Machine (1 pc) – For treating seeds, with a productivity of at least 600 kg/hour.
