- MOQ and mass production lead times  
- Tiered pricing for 10/50/200/500/1000 units (EXW/FOB)  

4. Commercial Terms:  
- Payment terms  
- FOB preference for Ningbo/Shanghai/Shenzhen  
- Quarterly initial order capacity of 100-300 kits
